Welcome

The Organising Committee is pleased to invite all those interested to participate in the 13^th National Meeting on Catalysis and Porous Materials (XIII ENCMP) and the 4^th Meeting of the Carbon Group (IV RGC), to be held jointly.

The event will take place at Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa (ISEL) from 15 to 17 June 2026 and is organisedby the Division of Catalysis and Porous Materials, the Carbon Group, and the Lisbon Delegation of the Portuguese Chemical Society (SPQ).

The scientific program will cover a broad range of topics, including all fields of catalysis, porous materials, including zeolites, MOFs, and other porous oxides and polymers and carbon-based systems. It will highlight innovative approaches and alternative solutions for a more sustainable future, featuring cleaner energy and chemicals with reduced environmental impact.

We warmly encourage young researchers to participate, present their work, exchange ideas, and strengthen cross-disciplinary collaborations in these vital fields of catalysis and materials science.
